What is considered an incoming message & event?

An incoming message & event is any action that triggers bot activation, such as a user message, a reaction added, a proactive trigger, a session timeout, opening the Shareable URL, or publishing the bot. Only events the bot listens to are counted. Messages sent by the bot, execute code cards, and flow transitions do not count.

What actions consume AI tokens?

Actions requiring AI capabilities consume tokens, including Knowledge Base ingestion & answering, Personality Agent rewrites, Translator Agent tasks, Summary Agent summarization, AI Task/Transition/Generate Text cards, generative AI code assist in Execute Code cards, Capture cards, making Table columns searchable, transforming sentences to vectors, and website indexing.

What happens after I reach my incoming messages & events limit?

All bots in the workspace will stop responding. You can either wait for the limit to reset on the first of the next month or purchase a limit increase add-on.

What happens after my monthly $5 AI Spend credit is completely consumed?

You must increase your AI Spend limit in the workspace to continue performing AI-based actions within that month. Any spend exceeding the $5 credit will be charged. Alternatively, wait for the credit to reset the next month.

Can I white label Botpress?

White labelling is available for the Botpress webchat widget for Plus, Team, and Enterprise customers, allowing removal of the 'powered by Botpress' watermark and customization. The Studio and Dashboard cannot currently be white labeled.
