Yes! When you sign up, you automatically start with our free Starter plan. You’ll have access to all of Hiring Tool’s features while on that plan. You can create and publish a job post or career page, share it, get applicants, and hire. If you need more job postings or to collaborate with more colleagues, you can upgrade to a higher plan.

Do Hiring Tool fees include VAT?

For users in Germany, VAT (currently 19%) is charged on top of Hiring Tool fees. For users in European countries outside Germany, VAT is not charged by Hiring Tool; users must self-account for VAT locally. For users outside Europe, Hiring Tool does not charge VAT.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! There’s no contract, and you can cancel your account at any time. You’ll be able to keep using Hiring Tool until the end of your current billing cycle.
