Knowbase lets you upload up to 1GB large files. You can upload any type of supported file that is that large, most likely it would be video recording but it might as well be PDF or PPTX presentation.

What counts as one query?

One query equals one question asked to your knowledge base.

How many YouTube videos I can transcribe?

If the video is in English you can transcribe as many videos as you want within your storage limits. If it is not in English, it will be transcribed using the available transcription time allocated to your plan.

What is transcription time?

Transcription time means the total length of the video/audio file expressed in minutes that you can transcribe per month, depending on your plan (e.g., Free: 0 for non-ENG YouTube, Basic: 180 mins, Standard: 900 mins, Pro: 1800 mins).

How long will it take to transcribe my video or audio recording?

It depends on the size of your file. For example, a 700MB, 2.5-hour video file takes approximately 6 minutes to transcribe.
