If the video is in English you can transcribe as many videos as you want within your storage limits. If it is not in English, it will be transcribed using the available transcription time allocated to your plan.

Transcription time means the total length of the video/audio file expressed in minutes that you can transcribe per month, depending on your plan (e.g., Free: 0 for non-ENG YouTube, Basic: 180 mins, Standard: 900 mins, Pro: 1800 mins).
