Yes, Litlyx offers a Freemium model. The Hobby plan is free forever, includes 5K visits/events per month, and does not require a credit card. Advanced features are limited on the free plan.

Do I need to provide a credit card upfront?

No, a credit card is not required for the free Hobby plan. You only need to provide payment details when upgrading to a paid plan, handled securely through Stripe.

How does billing work?

Billing applies to a single project, which can contain unlimited domains. Usage is calculated per project. If you have multiple projects requiring paid plans, each will have its own separate billing.

What is your refund policy?

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing help@litlyx.com with your Stripe-associated email, project name, and project ID. After 14 days, refunds are not available for the current month. You can downgrade to the Hobby plan anytime.
