Do you have whitelabel?

Yes, you can enable whitelabel on each plan. This will remove all ProductLift branding in the portal and emails.

Can I use it both internally and publicly?

Yes, each portal can be private or public. You can use it internally for you and your team, share it with logged-in users, or with everyone in public. You can also configure each tab as public or private (e.g., declined or in-review features).

Is a custom domain available?

Yes, by default, you'll have your own name.productlift.dev domain. You can set up your own custom domain, such as roadmap.yourwebsite.com.

What happens if I go over the usage limits?

We will not automatically charge you extra or restrict the portal in any way when you go over the limits. Instead, we will reach out to you and notify you about it. We give a sufficient amount of time for you to decide and upgrade to the higher plan.

How many users can vote or provide feedback?

We provide unlimited users on each plan.
