Yes, you will receive an email notification when you hit your limits, at 50%, 80%, and 100% of the free tier limit. If you have a credit card on file, you will be charged for any additional requests above the free tier at the end of the billing period.

Can I downgrade my plan to the free plan?

Yes, you can downgrade your plan to the free plan at any time. Simply email us at support@prompteus.com and we will manually change your plan. Our team will confirm any outstanding billable usage before the plan is changed. Your plan is considered canceled from the moment we receive your email.
