Do you offer a free plan?

Yes, Wallu offers a limited free plan suitable for personal and small servers. It includes up to 10 FAQs, unlimited FAQ answers based on those defined FAQs, 50,000 monthly credits (approximately 50 Lite AI answers from documents/history), and support for over 50 languages.

What are credits?

Credits are consumed when the AI answers questions, especially when searching documents or using advanced features. Longer answers and more complex AI models (like Advanced AI) consume more credits. Basic FAQ matching does not consume credits on the free plan.

What is the difference between Lite AI and Advanced AI?

Lite AI is faster and more basic, suitable for straightforward support tasks. Advanced AI is significantly more intelligent and powerful, better for complex questions, but consumes 5-10 times more credits.

What happens if I run out of credits on a paid plan?

The bot will stop searching your documents/websites/history for answers using the AI models. However, pre-defined FAQ responses and linking to previous similar questions (if applicable) will continue to function.

Can I change plans or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time through the billing portal. Changes like upgrades or downgrades are typically prorated.
