Do you store my data?

Trust and privacy are at the core of our mission at We Report Work. We’re committed to privacy and security of Data & APIs on our platform. Neither, we nor our summarization AI partners (such as OpenAI or Google) store any data without explicit consent of yours. All data is always fetched via secure APIs & data us always secured while in transit or at rest, and handled totally by machines. If you use “save summary” feature (available in paid version only), we only store the encrypted summary data in our secure cloud database, which you can edit / delete using the tool's features. For Enterprise clients, we provide a self-hosting option for the database which ensures complete data security.

What are the tools We Report Work can work with?

We Report Work currently works with 8 most important work tools - Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Outlook Email, Teams (Outlook Calendars), Slack, GitHub & JIRA. We're integrating more tools, so if your tool of choice is not yet integrated, kindly share your suggestions & we’ll be on it!

What are credits?

Credits are used to summarize the data of your daily activity. Each time you click summarize, we use credits to summarize your data by making a relevant calls to summarization partners. You’ll always be shown an estimated credit that will be utilized with every summarization request, however in some cases it might not be very accurate so kindly expect deviations.

Is free plan really free?

Yes, our Free Forever Plan let’s you use the software to summarize your data from different tools. You can either use Manual Mode for unlimited free summaries. It also comes with a $1 Credits (on us!). These credits are good enough for you to try our product for 30 days. If you’d like to continue using Open AI based summaries you’ll just need to top-up credits.

What if I want to cancel my plan?

All plans are non-refundable. You could downgrade your plans from the Top-up/Plans page within the tool. Due to unavoidable circumstances, if you’d like to totally cancel your plan, kindly write to us with appropriate reasons. We’ll consider your request and get back to you with alternative options if any.
