How does the usage pricing work? What are credits?

Each workflow using DoubleO agents consists of multiple task steps. Each month, you can execute a certain number of steps. Each task step consumes credits based on complexity (e.g., simple AI writing costs little, complex scraping costs more). You can view credit costs and usage in your dashboard.

What happens if I run out of credits?

By default, workflows continue running, and you'll be charged for incremental usage at $99 per 10,000 credits. You can optionally set a monthly credit cap to control costs, which will pause workflows if the cap is reached.

Can I use my own API keys with DoubleO?

Yes, Enterprise plans include the ability to bring your own API keys for LLM model providers.
