How is billing user calculated?

You will only be billed for team members who are explicitly invited to RosterBird. For example, if your Slack team has 350 members but only 50 are invited to RosterBird, billing applies only to those 50 members.

Can I use RosterBird without a Slack account?

Presently, RosterBird cannot be used without a Slack team. The team is working towards launching on other platforms in the future.

What access does the app need for our Slack team?

RosterBird accesses profile information such as name, email, and profile picture for product use, and selected channel and group information for notifications. It does not access any messages or channels unless the bot is explicitly added.
