We offer both quarterly and annual billing options on most of our plans. Each billing cycle has its own method for billing: seats are paid upfront for the period, and a seat can be occupied by multiple users during that time, one at a time. You purchase a set number of seats, which equals the maximum number of users that can be active at one time.
