Minutes are your credit, deducted based on the length of the content you upload and the actions you perform (e.g., transcription, translation). For example, uploading a 4-minute video for transcription uses 4 minutes, and translating it into another language uses another 4 minutes.
What are the limits on captions and translations?
Each plan includes a set number of transcription minutes per billing cycle. Both captions (subtitles) and translations count towards this total. Minutes are refreshed annually, and unused minutes don’t roll over, but you can top up anytime.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, powered by Stripe. For Enterprise plans, we also support purchase orders, bank transfers, and invoicing.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. You can go to your Dashboard > Settings > Billing > Auto-renewal to cancel. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
